The first step of our adventure together is a fact-finding process during which we will tour your exterior surroundings, asking questions, taking measurements and figuring out what your outdoor dreams really are. This is the first draft of a recreational wish list, and we’ll help you take into account the practicalities, while trying our best to make your dreams realities, and most importantly, enjoyable.

Envision Consultation

Your personal designer will contact you to review your project scope and budget. We respect your time, and we strive to make this initial discussion the foundation for your project. This initial phone call is your opportunity to provide your inputs & ideas so that your dream can become closer to reality. During this step we will schedule your 3D Design appointment.

3D Design Consultation

Watch your dream pool come to life in 3D. Use this intuitive consultation to customise, visualise and develop your dream pool design.

Estimate & Budgeting

Love your design? We’ll give you a straightforward estimate, explaining it all up front. With no hidden fees or charges, or vague explanations about how long something might take or how much it will cost, we even take care of financing if your dream pool might seem out of reach.

Meet Your Team

As soon as the contract is signed, we will assign you a pool construction manager who will keep you up to date and build your pool to the exact specifications that we agreed on. We assure you that our process is one of the quickest in the business.

Construction Plans & Permits

Leave the paperwork to us! We’ll prepare the engineering plans and drawings and secure all the permits for construction, ensuring everything is in order for construction to begin.

And once we get the permits, we will review your plan one last time to ensure it is exactly as desired and then the building can begin.
